Do you handle permits?
When permits are required, EZ Deck Co. manages the permitting process as part of preparing the project for construction. Approval timing remains with the municipality.
Can you replace wood decking with composite?
Often, but the underlying structure, spacing, flashing and other conditions must be evaluated first.
Which brands do you install?
We work with Trex, TimberTech/AZEK and Deckorators, plus Westbury aluminum railing. We do not publish unverified certification claims.
Do you repair existing decks?
Yes. EZ Deck Care handles repair evaluation, resurfacing and related maintenance needs.
