Frankfort-basedClear plans. Organized work. Better decks.

What the experience should feel like

Controlled, clear and manageable.

We believe homeowners should understand the next step without having to manage the contractor. That means defined scope, responsive communication, material and design guidance, permitting management where applicable and documented changes.

EZ Deck Co. is insured and licensed in municipalities where required for the work being performed. Our workmanship warranty is one year; applicable product warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms.

How your project moves forward

Five clear stages—from first conversation to finished deck.

No mystery handoffs. You always know what stage comes next.

We confirm scope, location, timing and whether we are the right fit.

  3. Step 303

We evaluate measurements, structure, access and material options.

  4. Step 404

The scope, selections, price and next steps are defined before work begins.

  5. Step 505

Permitting, planning and construction are professionally coordinated.
